Group Sessions

Group Sessions are a great way to be introduced to this method of neural retraining, continue to make progress, and get the support you need.

Read on to see the difference between Group and Private (1:1) sessions and book your next session!

How do Group Sessions differ

from Private (1:1) Sessions?

Group Sessions

  • Meet on Zoom
  • Each person brings their issue to privately work on
  • The session is designed to benefit everyone in the group
  • The group session will have a theme (e.g., "Stress & Anxiety," etc.)
  • Your microphone is OFF
  • You may turn your camera off, if desired.
  • During the session, the only feedback you'll give me is through the chatbox
  • Optional: Debrief & Q&A at the end of the session (you can turn on your camera and mic, if desired)
  • Meant for PROGRESS on your topic, not necessarily completion.

Private Sessions

  • Meet on Zoom
  • Bring your issue(s) to work on
  • The session is designed for your unique needs
  • The session focus is whatever you need or want to work on
  • You may share as much (or as little) as you prefer
  • Your camera and microphone are ON
  • We communicate throughout the session
  • Debrief and Q&A at the end of the session

Group Sessions

  • Every new client needs to FIRST have some brain training to be able to receive a Session.
    • Part 1 of the training is via a short video that you receive upon purchasing a group session. Please watch this BEFORE your live session.
    • Part 2 of the training is during the first part of the Group Intro Session.
    • After the Intro Session, you may continue with Group Regular Sessions or book one-on-one sessions.
  • Group sessions are more economical than private sessions.
  • Group sessions are LIVE sessions only; there are NO replays or recordings.
  • Please contact me with any questions.
