I’m Susan — I help women release the deeper stress patterns that keep their minds busy, their bodies braced, and their days shaped by overwhelm.

I'm a former engineer turned Neuroscience Coach — and a woman who knows what it's like to carry far too much for far too long.

I spent years navigating emotional strain, mental overload, and physical symptoms no one could fully explain. I knew something deeper was happening… even without having the language for it.

Here’s the longer version of how I found my way back to clarity and calm, and why I’m so committed to helping other women do the same.

EARLY LIFE:

I grew up in circumstances that left me holding more stress and emotional weight than any child should have to manage. By adulthood, my system had learned to stay alert, stay “on,” and stay responsible — long past the point of exhaustion.

After earning my Master of Science in Engineering, I realized how strongly stress impacted my health. It was my first real glimpse into how the mind and body communicate beneath the surface, often without our awareness.

THE YEARS OF SEARCHING:

My husband and I raised four children while moving internationally, homeschooling, coordinating endless schedules, and adapting to new cultures. Eventually, my system reached its limit.

A health crisis in 2011 began a decade-long search for answers.

I met with physicians, functional medicine providers, and specialists.
I collected labels, protocols, and supplement plans.
I tried many different mind–body modalities.

As a natural problem-solver, I kept digging — but nothing reached the deeper layer that was actually driving the patterns.

THE TURNING POINT:

Eventually, I realized what everything had been pointing toward:

The deeper stress patterns stored in my system were still active — and none of the approaches I’d tried were reaching them.

It wasn’t until I stopped fighting my situation and softened into acceptance that something finally shifted.

That’s when I found an approach that could finally reach the deeper layer.

After my very first session, something inside me opened — not through force, but through release.

Session by session, the patterns I’d carried for decades began to unwind.

THE RESULTS:

Because of this work:

• My years-long brain fog lifted.
• My energy returned.
• My confidence grew.
• My decision-making felt clearer.
• I could dream again — and take action.
• And within six months, I felt like a different person (my husband noticed too).

What once felt impossible became accessible — gently and steadily.

That’s when I knew I wanted to learn this approach and support other women who were carrying far more than they realized.

 

TODAY:

As a Neuroscience Coach and Certified MAP Method Practitioner, trained in deeper subconscious repatterning work, I help thoughtful, high-functioning women release the internal patterns that keep their minds busy, their bodies braced, and their days shaped by overwhelm.

It’s quiet work.
It’s gentle work.
And it creates real room inside for clarity, calm, and relief.
